We came to San Antonio to take our daughter to six flags for her spring break. We went to the Luxor Mediterranean restaurant and were not disappointed. My family ordered some non-vegan food, and I got the Egyptian Kushari. It was delicious. The portion was huge and I couldn’t finish it all. We also got an appetizer (Meza sampler). My family said their food was good also (shawarma wraps). The service was good also.

Delicious Sampler platter! - Edit
Your typical veg friendly Mediterranean fare can be found here. Huge portions I thought. Pita bread was large and puffy.
