Read moreMy wife and I had a great vegan cooking course for a week with Chef Isa.
We booked the week long vegan course and made so many vegan recipes: fresh green vegan pasta, spaghetti alla chitarra, bread, vegan ravioli, vegan pizza, focaccia as well as other delicious items (vegan desserts).
The week long vegan course was amazing, we learned so much about Italian Regional Cooking and Isa was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and super patient in letting us try out the different cooking and pasta, focaccia, sauces, desserts and bread techniques.
We highly recommend this vegan course for the chance to cook with a real professional chef, and then afterwards enjoy lots of delicious vegan meals.
Thanks again Isa for a wonderful experience!

I took a week long vegan cooking course. Every day the chef Isa taught me how to make fantastic recipes from scratch. It was a fantastic experience to learn from a master the Italian Food from scratch (of course vegan recipes).

Read moreThe dishes - fresh vegan pasta corzetti ( a typical pasta by hand from Liguria simply incredible) and potato gnocchi with 2 delicious vegan pasta sauces - we made were amazing and delicious.
What a wonderful experience! It’s very hands on vegan workshop everyone gets involved in the preparation and cooking. We are told about wheat flour and semolina for vegan pasta dough that may not be readily available for us in US! After the class we sit down to enjoy our feast! Can’t recommend this enough!

my partner and i did a vegan cooking class with mama Isa where we made vegan fettuccine from scratch & a pasta sauce from scratch. she is very welcoming, passionate and a highly recommended experience!
