You can definitely tell mamma puts a lot of love into her food! I've had mixed mein noodles (glass noodle/tofu/veggie dish) as well as the pho on pho Fridays. Very sweet lady who takes her time putting your dish together to make sure it's perfect! The tofu is some of the best I've had. Mamma let me know the vegan pho is her favorite, even though she isn't vegan herself. Definitely my favorite vendor at salt city Market. Have to try the banh mi soon

Excellent Bahn Mi - Edit
Absolutely loved the bahn mi. The bread was super fresh with plentiful tofu, vegan Mayo and a homemade taro spread, plus all the veggies. It was filling and the prices were reasonable. Also enjoyed the taro egg roll (which was vegan)

Pho Friday! - Edit
Their mixed noodle bowl and bahn mi are incredible but the best is their vegan pho! They offer pho only on fridays. Definitely the best pho I’ve tried, highly recommended. You can tell they spend hours preparing this. The owner said she used veggies and fruits (apple and pear) for her stock. She’s very friendly and always wants to get to know her customers and chat. Can’t wait for next Friday!
