This could turn a ramen lover to udon - Edit
Y’all - I am a ramen lover through and through. I lived in Japan for a couple months and am team ramen. However, I heard about Marugame and my friend (non-vegan) also heard good things so we gave it a go. Was very surprised to see a clear vegan option for udon. I was SO surprised at how good it was. The flavor was there, the udon noodles were very fresh, umami was THERE. This wasn’t a vegan soup, this was a flavorful udon.
