Easy and good - Edit
Convenient place to stop for a quick and satisfying dinner after work bc it’s only a few mins walk from Ebisu station and is open until 22 (later than a lot of places)! They have 2 vegan options that are clearly marked.

I was with a non vegan friend and we happened upon this little shop on a rainy day. They had a posting that showed they had a vegan option so we went in. I ordered the vegan maze soba, and it was made within minutes. It was creamy and full of flavor, and surprised me with some crunchy banana pieces! I have never had banana in a noodle dish and I shared with my friend who agreed that it works well with the dish! Very unique. Friendly chef and cozy space.
