Yummy noodles, veg menu - Edit
They provided a vegetarian & vegan menu (just a marked up regular menu). There were multiple options for appetizers, dinner and even desserts. The standout was the stir fried noodle dish we ordered. It was flavorful and unlike other dishes we have had locally. The noodle soup had good ingredients, but the broth was just salty. The noodles in both dishes were the hand pulled noodles the restaurant makes in the kitchen (you can watch through a window). We also enjoyed the seaweed salad (made with real, pungent seaweed, not that artificially green and sweet stuff served in Japanese restaurants), scallion pancakes and spring rolls/egg rolls. For dessert we tried both vegan options, the glutinous rice cakes and the “brown sugar peanut”, which was made with a chewy, clear, gelatinous base. Neither dessert was very sweet, which is a good thing in my book. I really enjoyed my meal and look forward to going back.
