Vegan Cebiche

There's only one vegan option here and it's the vegan Cebiche. (That's how they spell it🤷) It was pretty good, interesting mix of textures with the mushrooms, sweet potato puree, and dried corn, plus a nice dose of tanginess from the pickled red onions. Wish they offered at least one variety of vegan empanadas. But it was nice to try something I've never had before.

Also, I got a can of sparkling pink lemonade and only realized later that it contained honey.

Pros: Quick service, Fresh micro greens

Cons: Only 1 vegan entree.
