Ok for a quick dinner, but not repeat visit - Edit
The veg* options in this area are 1) burger, 2) pizza, 3) cigköfte, so we decided to give the momos here a try. The choice is quite easy, there's only 1 vegan type, so you can get a dish of either 7 or 10 of them, either steamed or sautéed. There's also no appetisers, making it even easier to decide what to eat.
Read moreAn order of 10 momos will set you back 15 Euros, which is decent in Strasbourg. The momos themselves are alright, they're served with.a few spoonfuls of cabbage salad and some dip/sauce, which is not particularly interesting. All in all it was a bit on the bland side. And, since that's all you can get, it might leave you a bit hungry afterwards.
The place is very small, as already stated, in summer there are 4 additional 2-seater tables outside. Service is quick.
Would not return but also do not really regret having been here. Am a bit hungry though. ;)
Pros: Quick
Cons: Extremely limited menu, Might want to have a small snack before/after

Disappointing - Edit
Not what I was looking for unfortunately. Food was mediocre, a bit cold (reheated?). The floor was filthy. The whole place didn't seem clean.

Awesome! - Edit
If it were a possibility I would rate it 5 stars. The vegan Momos were delicious and the traditional tea as well. Also the people there were really nice!
Read moreIt is tiny though so larger groups or visitors at rush hours should probably call first.

Tasty - Edit
Tiny place with 8 seats inside. Like the other reviews say there’s not many options since they only have momos, but there’s a nice vegan plate of them. The “vegan menu” seems to come with tea with honey though, so not sure they fully get what vegan is.

Also good to go - Edit
The few seats were occupied, so we ordered to go. It was very straightforward, the nice lady told us when we could pick it up and so we didn't have to wait in the store.
Read moreI thought the price was a bit high, but the momos tasted great, even though we carried them for another 15 minutes before we found a nice place to eat.
Disclaimer: It looked like they only have one big pot where they cook/boil all the momos, which would also mean non-vegan ones. People who see that as an exclusion criteria should ask them to be sure.
Cons: Bit pricey

Délicieux Momos - Edit
Très bonne cuisine tibétaine 😄 les momo frits aux carottes sont délicieux, accompagnés d'une salade de chou et d'une sauce froide à la tomate. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Tastes like the original - Edit
I have been on holidays in Nepal and india. On these holidays, i really liked Momos. But at home the same dish doesn't taste like on the holiday, you know? But not at Tibetian Momos in Straßburg. It really tastes like the original Momos, phantastic. It was my little himalayaholiday, right in the middle of Straßburg. Further more the portion was big. Okay, the Momos in Nepal where cheaper, but for Straßburg, the price was really good.

Tasty & cheap - Edit
There´s only one vegan momo option (no. 5) but it tastes absolutely delicous and 7 momos with a small salad only cost 8 euros. It is also beautifully arranged. Nice outdoor seating and good service even half an hour before official closing time. A clear must when in Strasbourg!

Really tasty with 1 vegan choice - Edit
Try it. I was there for the pre dinner meal. I took 7 of the vegan things. Say to him you don't want meat and cheese inside. Stuff understand the word vegan. Taste so yummy. But be careful, he gave every meal a coleslaw. Not sure the sauce is vegan. Better to ask. Popular small place, easy to walk there. No English Menu.

I recommend Momos Tibetain. We went for dinner and were very happy with our choice. It was filling (the big plate is big indeed), very good and the staff is extremely nice. Probably the best Momos I have ever had!

I can eat momos everyday! - Edit
Since a few month, this is my favourite place in Strasbourg! I never ate momos before so i can't make any comparison but there is a lot of people who eat at this tiny place everyday, so i guess this is a good point. :)
Read moreI always took momos with vegetables (carrot, vermicelli, ginger), the only vegan option but it does not matter, it's still a delight! People are kind and they do what they can when it's full. So, sometimes you have to be patient. :)
Pros: Very tasty, Not expensive, Opened everyday
