Best vegan beef burger ever

Have to say that this was just amazing. From the iced chamomile tea (they made it by my husbands request) to salad and burgers, service, ambience... perfect.
It was nice to eat some fresh vegetables and fruits😀

Pros: Very kind, friendly staff, Food, Ambience

Cons: Pricey comparing to other restaurants

Restaurant vegan absolument fantastique

Tasty, Pretty, What else?

Monk’s butcher is always good. I could trust them from day 1 when they started in Itaewon. They push themselves not staying in the comfort zone. It is not so fancy, not so casual, but really like Monk’s Butcher. Satisfaction!

Upscaled fusion veg dishes

In South Korea, if you heard the word "Gangnam," then you would associate it with chic, trendy, and/or expensive. That's the feeling I got when I visited this place. I haven't been to the original location in Itaewon, but looking at the menu on the Net, the Gangnam's location has a menu that is different. There were 6 of us eating, so we basically ordered just about everything on the list. The dishes were balance in taste as in they aren't over-powering, and easy on the palate. My only complain is for the lack of ventilation. Being in the basement during Winter doesn't allow free airflow because the door has to be kept closed. Since it is an open kitchen restaurant, when there are many orders to be fulfilled, the place gets stuffy
