Exactly what I needed

Stumbled upon this little salon during my google search for a cruelty-free place to get a haircut in London and immediately booked an appointment. (The initial one had to be rescheduled due to a mix-up on the salon's side, but the customer service was professional and efficient.)
Enric is a very friendly, easy-going person who takes the time to listen to what you actually want. While cutting my hair, he made sure to ask me for my opinion frequently and explained what he was doing, which put me at ease. And I was very happy with how it turned out in the end. (Bonus points for the lovely kitty and great ambient background music.)
The price was surprisingly affordable, so I guess that's my next trim in London sorted!
