Nice ambiance, but food is average - Edit
They have a vegan burger on the menu which is OK. Nothing to write home about. Pasta arrabbiata (ask for dried pasta instead of fresh) was good.

They didn't have vegan meals on the menu (but vegan cake) but the waiter was so kind to show me which of the meals could be veganised. I had pasta with pistachio-red cabbage pesto. It tasted mainly like red cabbage (which I thought was really interesting :D) and was super creamy. The vegan cheesecake was divine!

We came to Monte Baldo for dinner with some friends who wanted to try it for their non-vegan menu. Because it’s the off season, they did not have any vegan options for the main dish on the menu but I asked the server if something was possible and he was very helpful in helping me find something to enjoy along with my friends. I had the polenta cakes to start followed by a linguine with a pine-nut sauce for the main dish. To end the evening, we all shared the vegan mojito cheesecake. The pasta sauce was so tasty that I could recommend them to use it as a permanent vegan option on the menu. The cheesecake was decadent and had a flavor that captured the essence of Limoné.

Middle priced Restaurant with at least one vegan main course and dessert. I even asked them if they could use egg free pasta for a different menu to make it vegan, which was possible (aglio e olio)

Very good vegan food! - Edit
Es gab eine vegane Haupt- und Nachspeise! Es gibt keine vegane Vorspeise aber hier habe ich eine Beilage "Grillgemüse" gewählt. Sehr lecker waren alle Gerichte, vor allem der vegane Käsekuchen.

Amazing food :) - Edit
Really nice restaurant with good service (and not a tourist trap!). They have one vegan dish on the menu (which in August was spaghetti made out of zucchini and carrots with an amazing almond/sesame/olive sauce). They also had a vegan mojito cheesecake dessert which was to die for. The fresh pasta is made with eggs but they have a spelt pasta which is egg-free and they made us spaghetti alio olio with that pasta. We also had the thyme potatoes as a side dish and they were amazing.

Pros: Vegan dessert! Not so much a touristy place
Cons: A bit on the pricier side but totally worth it.

The menu proudly describes "our vegan dish" and it does not disappoint. A stunning burger with aubergine and other toppings, it was a very welcome change after so much tomato pasta and tomato pizza!
