🍄

Everything mushroom! They also sell kits to make your own vegan yogurt and sourdough. Some good dry soups and risottos. It's quite unique!

Your must-have fancy ingredient

So many treasures!

I regularly buy: vegan yogurt starter, pickle starter, dried mushrooms and our favorite: frozen porcini.

I grew up picking this wild mushroom with my grandparents. My grandma would prepare porcini (hribi in Ro) with sour cream sauce and my grandpa's polenta (mămăligă in Ro). I have successfully translated this in vegan form using yoghurt.

I also picked up my favorite mushroom-pattern face mask from here.

Pros: Convenient opening hours
