vegan two taste - Edit
I’ve lived in CT for over two years and am glad I finally found New Asia a few months ago. It’s good, easy takeout with vegan options that I can pick up on the way home from work. The “vegan two taste,” which is General Tso’s tofu and Sesame vegan chicken, is perfect because I don’t have to choose between proteins and can just have both.

Not just tofu, they have seitan and a dedicated Vegan section on the menu. More of a take out place, not much seating. But I highly recommend

Best vegan Chinese food I have ever had. Faux meat dishes full of flavor! I got the vegan spare rib, vegan 2 taste and vegan fried chicken. Textures were perfect and crisp! I wish I had a place like this back home!

Separate vegan menu! - Edit
Lunch special vegan options were the perfect portion for lunch. The vegan spare ribs are the best we’ve had outside of New York! This was perfect quick place to stop on our way through Connecticut. Ignore the review saying to pass on this place— judge for yourself! My roommate and I were extremely pleased! We’re literally fighting over each others food (spare rib sauce and general tsos sauces are fantastic)

Three stars because there’s a vegan dedicated section of the menu, otherwise my rating would have been two. The food was mediocre. This is probably a better option for takeout, as dining in consisted of all plastic and styrofoam, with condiment packets. The people were nice, but neither the food nor the experience merited eating here.

There is a whole vegan section on the menu, complete with vegan meat options. We got the orange “chicken” and sesame “chicken, and both were excellent. We ordered online, and food was ready exactly when promised. We took lunch to a nearby park and nature watched while we ate. 100% recommend.

Great Vegan Meat Options - Edit
My favorite vegan items include the Spicy Garlic Eggplant with rice and the Vegan Boneless Ribs. They also have Vegan General Tso’s Chicken & Tofu as well as Vegan Orange Chicken that I haven’t tried yet but I plan on trying in the future. I’ve only had delicious food here so I expect nothing short of amazing. I love to support this small business and I hope you do the same.
