Everything is delicious! - Edit
Nile Vegan is a must-try even if you’ve never had Ethiopian food before. I’ve tried almost all of the entrees and sides at this point (except for the kale because I’m not a kale fan), and they’re all delicious. The yellow split peas are my favorite.

I never enjoyed Ethiopian food till now. - Edit
I got the curry vegetable stew and it was delightful. Since it my first time having Ethiopian food in a restaurant, the chef gave me two samples of other stews they have. Red Lentil and Stewed Kale the red lentil was a tad too spicy for me and I love spicy food. The Stewed Kale was incredible

The dishes were extremely well prepared. I love Ethiopian food and the chef did not disappoint. Very fresh ingredients and well prepared stews. Absolutely loved the Okra dish. Like blown away.
Highly recommend and look forward to going back.
The gentleman working (owner?) was really welcoming, kind and helpful. There is a lot of care that goes into this food and it shows.
Pros: All vegan Ethiopian!, Absolutely delicious food, Welcoming staff

Must try. - Edit
I ordered the garden platter which consisted of all ten of their stews as well as injera. It was the best Ethiopian food I have ever had. I really loved how the spices augmented the full flavors of the vegetables whiteout covering it. Injera was really tart in a good way. Portion was huge and good value. They did not skimp on the injera, there was plenty finish.

Ethiopian food - Edit
I love that the menu is simple and you can get a full platter that allows you to try all of the stew options. The garden plate (with 10 hot strews) says it serves two, but it was so much food that we could not eat it all! A unique experience eating with your hands. Injera is also very unique - I don't personally love the flavor of it, but the stews were all good #Veganuary

Delicious injera and curries - Edit
I don't eat Ethiopian food all that often, but Nile Vegan had so many good reviews here and on Google maps, that I thought I'd give it a try.
Read moreThe meal for 2 people comes with 2 types of perfectly spongy injera and the stews on top were flavorful and varied (I particularly liked the mushroom one and spicy tofu). The platter is more than enough and you'll probably have some leftovers.
The restaurant itself is pretty nondescript but the chef/server (only one guy was working) is friendly and there are crayons for you to color with on the paper tablecloth.

So flavorful and filling - Edit
I'd never had Ethiopian food before coming here, and I'm so glad my two travel partners suggested it! We got the traditional plate which noted that it served three and it was truly the perfect portion for all of us. We scraped the plate clean!
Read moreSo many diverse and ranging flavors in all of the different offerings, we all couldn't get enough. And we all found which ones we preferred which made sharing a breeze.
It's a small, but airy space, and service is kind and genuine. The menu is simple and straightforward, though if you don't have knowledge of Ethiopian food you might have to ask for explanations or just Google it while you're sitting there. Honestly though you could close your eyes and point to something on the menu and you won't be disappointed! So glad we chose to go here.
Pros: DELICIOUS , Perfectly portioned , Diverse
Cons: Could use some more descriptions on the menu

Amazing! - Edit
I always look for Ethiopian when I travel (because I don’t have any where I live) and this absolutely hit the spot. Inexpensive for what you are getting, I would think it should cost a few dollars more per dish. But this place is a gem. Seriously. *the mushrooms were 10/10

Quiet, peaceful dinner! - Edit
The restaurant was super peaceful. It was empty when we went, but that was kind of nice. The service was great and prompt. Our food tasted very fresh and carefully prepared. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because, as someone who really loves Ethiopian food, I found it a little bland flavor-wise. It was still very delicious though.

Very good and affordable - Edit
I had the tofu combo platter and it was very good. I loved all the curries though the vegetables medley was my least favorite. The tofu was really good and I also really liked the red lentils. I'll definitely be trying more of their food. I saved some for dinner later in the day and everything warmed up fine. The bread The curry was on got soggy but I just used the other piece I hadn't eaten yet

Tasty Ethiopian Food - Edit
I love Ethiopian bread. It's so different than any other bread. I tried the tofu. It was served very quickly, and the guy behind the counter was friendly. My only complaint is I would have liked more tofu and less bread: I used the bread to sop up the tofu, and there was way more bread than tofu to sop up. But regards to flavor and aroma, it was still great. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you've never had Ethiopian before.

Authentic & Vegan! - Edit
Everything is amazing here. My favorite is the chickpea combo. Their curried veggies are my favorite side, along with the lentils! Eat with a friend and mix and match until you try as much of the menu as possible. Their injera is so fresh and plentiful! Their food is also so amazing if you put it all in a pan the next morning and eat it for breakfast.
