OMG the doughnuts! - Edit
Finally managed to get here with the family today. We had a "sausage" roll, pasty, and two doughnuts (blueberry and a raspberry). The doughnuts were out of the world, this may be dangerous for my waistline 😂

Not just a bakery - Edit
What a delightful find! Was in the market looking for something else and ta-da, a plant based cafe before me!
Read moreI had a lovely oat latte and a flapjack - the doughnuts looked amazing but am not a doughnut person. Lovely flapjack and great coffee. Had a lovely chat with the owner too.
I stay near Swansea a couple of times a year so this will be on my go to list forever now.

Can’t rate this place enough!!!! - Edit
Beautiful little cafe with great staff 😁 I read one review that said the worst thing was deciding what to get and it’s absolutely spot on! Everything looks soooo delicious. I’ve tried the doughnuts, cinnamon swirl and cookies.. all to die for 😁 love that we finally have a nice little vegan cafe with delicious treats❤️

Definitely delicious - Edit
Lovely vibe in the cafe itself but also great for grabbing something on the go. The main draw will be the doughnuts which are yummy and indulgent. The cookies are great too. The pastries are also very tasty as are the bagels. A must visit if you’re in town.

Small little hot drinks and dessert shop that seats 10 people on 5 small tables. Have a variety of mylk options: Oats, Pea, Soy, Coconut, Almond. They just opened 3 weeks ago and I had so many recommend this place. They have a variety of doughnuts and cakes they make in-house.
Read moreThey plan to offer a few savoury options in the future like savoury doughnuts and sandwiches.
I bought 4 doughnuts ( Chocolate with and without sprinkles, pistachio and blueberry. I have tried the Chocolate sprinkles doughnut, it's very filling that I'd probably prefer half the size. Not a fan of sprinkles but that is a preference. Liked the Chocolate spread tasted like a nutela. The dough was good airy texture but tasted slightly savoury, a little less salt might do it.
I have yet to try the rest so will come back & give my feedback.
I tried the chai latte with Oat milk which was nice and my friend tried it with pea milk which was also nice. The Pea milk is the only only GF option.
David and Stef were wonderful and friendly. They are so passionate about the cafe. Have wonderful smiles and warm and welcoming. Happy 5 yr wedding Anniversary to David and Barbara!
I had a nice chat with David about the inspiration to Nonna's which means Granny in Italian from his wife's side. His stepdaughter was the inspiration with her journey of being vegetarian and vegan as a teen and the challenges she went through getting vegan options. I found it so heartfelt and admired this close knit family bond. David though not vegan (yet) took the stand to go vegetarian before opening Nonna's as he wanted to be an example that he himself doesn't eat meat. I think that is just wonderful and is a great start.
David is super excited that he is looking to Open a second Nonna's and is is search for a venue.
I'll come again to try the croissants and savoury options.
