Decent but not exceptional

I was very hungry so stopped at the first stall that looked appealing, having not had lunch at Boston Public Market in several years. The staff was very friendly and when I asked for crispy shallots to be added to my tofu curry bowl (for an extra fee), they asked if they could add scallions too. The food however was not as good as the service. The tofu wasn’t flavored or warmed up at all – just little blocks of cold tofu put on top of a big pile of rice and some curry sauce. Additionally I didn’t find the greens to be cooked well. In the end I wished I’d either ordered ramen or gone to a different place.

Pros: Nice staff

Cons: Food was only so-so
