Vegan Ramen

A mushroom-based broth with ginger and ramen noodle (or rice noodles if you want it Gluten-Free), can be ordered with veggies, steamed tofu, or both. Pick a spice level from 1 to 5, and you'll be served a massive bowl of mostly noodles and veggies (which came on the side - I put them in for the photo), and not a whole lot of broth, which was nice. A few chairs plus a sushi style bar.. owners are Japanese.. this place is legit. The menu is small yet has two vegan options, which is awesome.

Delicious!

Succulent veg with tofu added. One of the best ramens ever. Incredible broth served by super friendly staff. I stop here every time I come through town and the quality is always top notch.

Pros: A few vegan options that are amazing, Filling and delicious, Super friendly staff

Cons: Nothing bad here.

Good atmosphere limited menu

The menu only had two vegan options, but was a small menu altogether. Sometimes I enjoy having my decisions already made. The atmosphere was interesting - its loud and small, with bar seating. It felt authentic. Good beer options.

Pros: tasty, authentic feel, fast service

Cons: limited vegan options, wait for seating

Has an option, but not great

Has only one vegan entrée option. The curry, wheat-based noodles, and fried tofu are all non-vegan. The veganized ramen subs rice noodles for wheat, steamed tofu for fried, and removes an egg. They charge an extra dollar for this, despite it being a less-desirable product.

Expensive and few options

I really wanted to like O Ramen, but found it over priced given the limited vegan choices. Broth is basically water with a little soy sauce. Vegans should avoid the tofu, which is cooked in egg.

Cons: Pricey , Few options, Not flavorful
