Generous and tasty vegan Korean food - Edit
This restaurant is like a Loving Hut, providing vegan food and projecting Supreme Master TV at every corner. Food is very good, typically Korean and generous in portion. You have plenty of choice and every dish comes with Korean sides, free tea and water. Except for TV, the place is pleasant and traditional. Prices are fair and the whole experience is definitely worth the visit.

Authentic! - Edit
A bit difficult to find but well worth it! The street does not appear on google or apple maps, but find the Insadong-Gil 12 street and follow it to the very end and there it is😄A cozy place where you eat on the floor. I had some noodles with vegetables which tasted great.

One of my Seoul favs - Edit
This place is so good. Last year we went there with my friend like 3 or 4 times during our 12 days stay in Seoul because we liked it so much. This year unfortunately i could go only once when i was in Seoul for a few days. I absolutely love all the banchan they give you. How much of sides you get really depends on the time you go there and on the amount of food you order i think haha? Anyway, you can’t go wrong with vegan bbq, soy cutlet, fried dumplings or the sesame noodles. The staff is kind, service is nothing extraordinary, just normal - but really not rude/cold like some reviewers say.
Read morePros: Not pricy, Traditional veganized :), Variety of foods you can buy to take home
Cons: Not everything is fresh but hey??? It’s so good.

Nice place to bring non-vegan friends - Edit
오세계향 is my favorite vegan restaurant so far. The food is familiar to Koreans, so it’s a great place to bring non-vegan company when introducing veganism. There is a wide variety of menus and the place is spacious. The seats may be a bit uncomfortable though, since there aren’t any chairs and you have to sit on the floor.

Food was okay, slow service. - Edit
I have been to many vegetarian/vegan restaurants in different countries around the world and the food here was disappointing. It was okay but not as good as it could be. We were in a group of 6 and ordered various different dishes but none deserved a 5 star.
Read morePros: Lots of vegan options , Better than going to a non-veg korean restaurant , Peace of mind - typical fish sauces are not used.

This place deserves more 3-star reviews - Edit
Lived in Seoul for three months and went here quite often. It’s good as far as vegan Korean food in Seoul goes, but I honestly can’t bring myself to giving this more than three stars. The service sucks. Like honestly. The food is good, but not out of this world. The best part of the restaurant is the setting and the floor seating. I’d recommend going for the experience but don’t expect to have your wig snatched.

Good food, but nothing spectacular - Edit
Went to the restaurant one evening when we were in Seoul. A bit tricky to find, but that‘s true for quite a few restaurants in this area. The meals we had were good and affordable, but just nothing special. What I didn‘t like was the atmosphere and interior of that place. It all looks a bit random. Communication was difficult as the lady didn‘t speak English at all.

Average - Edit
Service was fine, food wasn't outstanding and feels way too heavy, not sure why, but I felt so enervated after eating there, just very uncomfortable for hours. The freshness and cleanliness could be better as well, and personally the cult like TV channel creeped me out a bit. I see why so many people like it, cause it's not easy to find vegan hansik but I won't be visiting again.

Tastes authentic - Edit
I’m a native Korean and I took my (non-vegan) family here to try 5 different dishes. They all tasted really authentic and my family liked them. Our favourites were the black bean noodles and sweet and sour fried mushrooms (탕수채). The restaurant had a homely vibe and the staff were friendly.

Traditional Korean experience with many amazing vegan options - Edit
We loved that the seating was on the floor at low traditional tables. Cute traditional interior in great location to see interesting street shops on the way in and out. They had traditional Korean and fusion dishes at reasonable prices. We will be heading back to this amazing place on our next trip for sure!!! The spicy soft tofu soup is a very classic dish that I had been wanting to try and it was perfect the dumpling and other foods we tried were wonderful as well.

Finaly some real vegan korean food - Edit
All the korean dishes on the menu are vegan and there are a lot of them! It is super nice to try all different korean dishes and since the price isn't too bad you can try multiple dishes (if you are in a small group). Also nice to sit on the ground while eating, Korean style!

Tasty Korean vegan food - Edit
I don't know where to begin with this place. Everything we have ever ordered from here is delicious. As a vegan myself, I found it wonderful that I didn't have to guess or ask what did nor did not have animal products in them. I am still amazed whenever I can have any meal in a restaurant in Korea.
Read moreYou cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. True, the prices aren't the cheapest, but not very expensive either. You can taste the quality you are paying for. I've recommended this place to many friends and I will continue to do so.
Besides, you can buy some vegan goodies and
dark chocolate (!) on your way out (which always happens to me - more reasons to love this place!)
Pros: all vegan, friendly service, great for larger groups!
Cons: long wait, tricky to find

Really good. - Edit
I tried a lot of things: sesame noodle, noodle with stir-fried bean paste, korean BBQ, biji stew. I liked everything (though I liked the stew the least). Of the veg restaurants I tried in Seoul, this is the one a kept coming back to. Thumbs up!
Read moreSitting on the floor was uncomfortable. My leg would fall asleep and I kept changing positions.
Worth noting that this is one of a chain or restaurants that are part of some cult-like organization, and you will see pictures and videos of their Supreme Master. Didn't bother me, but it was a bit weird.

Vegan Korean food - Edit
First time we came, the place was closed for a team building picnic..but they left free tangerines as a consolation. Second time, we came Saturday night, and they were slightly overloaded - we got a table quickly enough, but it took ages to be able to place our order. Once placed, food came pretty quickly, though. The food itself, all delicious. We ordered jjajangmyun, BBQ soy something, and fried wontons - it all came with a good assortment of traditional sides, including kimchi, which we can’t eat most other places, usually containing anchovy. It was all good enough that we are planning a second visit before we leave for home.

Delicious authentic Korean Food - Edit
For the one who have food restrictions and who wants to try the Korean cuisine : this is a real deal! Great athmosphere, sited on pillow on the floor, just ordered from the extensive menu and let the lady bosses show their talents. Food is varied and delicious. Lots of side Korean dishes come with the main course. Cannot wait to be back to try other dish.
