Good BK spot with vegan options! - Edit
Was excited to try Olea for the first time last night as I’ve heard rave reviews from friends. It’s a primarily walk-in restaurant and we were seated right away on a Wednesday evening.
Read moreI appreciated that the menu clearly delineated vegan substitutes (and dishes that may not be safe due to one fryer being used for both meat and vegetables). Ordered the following:
- Roasted Cremini Mushrooms (appetizer): enjoyed the default vegan sauce; flavorful mushrooms; good portion size to split for 2 people
- Whole-Grain Farro Pasta (requested vegan): tasty greens; be prepared that it’s a whole lot of greens with a refreshing yet earthy taste
- Vegan Fruit Sundae: pretty good! Tropical flavoring with an apple compote

Always a good experience here, with friendly people and flavorful food. Various vegan options clearly labeled on the menu and vegetarian options that can be easily modified. Daily dinner and brunch specials generally include a vegan option as well.
