Healthy food but super expensive - Edit
Their prepared food is unfortunatly often not vegan, contains eggs, milk. They have a nice choice of American products but prices are probably the same or more than in the US. Pity most products are imported.

Eatery with Vegan options - Edit
There is a small eatery in the corner of the supermarket where you can buy vegan smoothies and my favorite, waffles. Covered with walnuts, bananas and real maple syrup, they fill you up.

Great for hard-to-find vegan items - Edit
I went to the one at Town Center Mall in Costa del Este and was amazed that they stocked Chao cheese! They also sell miso paste, nutritional yeast, kimchi, Shiitake mushrooms, and other vegan staples. All relatively difficult products to find in Panama.

Small, Friendly Organic Store - Edit
I try to eat organic most of the time and I found out that this store was a block from my house. The lady who works at the store is very kind and helped me find different products that I needed. Although a lot of the imported products are expensive, some are affordable. They have a small fresh produce section, which only has basic vegetables. If you can, go on Monday, because they deliver the fresh produce on Mondays. I wish they have more fruits and other options. I bought the water filter from there and love it!
