Vegan option at Noodle bar! - Edit
The noodle bar has a matcha bibim noodle option that can be made vegan. Confirmed noodles don't have eggs and without pork, the dish is vegan friendly. Honestly, it was SO good, I could've eaten a second bowl. Served with perilla oil, braken, greens, and mushrooms, with a delicious optional spicy sauce on the side.
