Veg'n Malaysian options - Edit
Under Wynyard, in a small food court, there's a ramen place with a veg'n menu and a Malaysian place with veg'n options. Both are good 😊👍🏻
Read moreI've added both to Happy Cow. Good for a feed at lunch or after work.
Pros: Roti canai with mock mutton is good, Quick, Not too expensive
Cons: None

Are the vegan dishes cooked separately from carni dishes? No cross contaminations?

I remember eating here in August 2022, but some options weren't clearly marked as vegan, since some vegetarian options didn't have the egg/dairy description... I'll try going back sometime soon to verify the description, but their website still has mixed information (like "does not contain egg", but no info on dairy), and the allergen menu only lists the dumplings and sambal okra as vegan food (other than the side dishes)... Even the egg-free adn dairy-free options in the vegetarian sections are not listed as vegan... That's why I didn't add the venue originally... Does anyone have any extra info on this? I'm lacto-vegetarian (for 25+ years), not fully vegan, so I didn't look further into it. I add places with vegetarian options as I find them (been doing this all over the world -- 7 Asian countries last year), and often those options are actually vegan, but yeah you would want to clarify -- and hope the staff understand what vegan means.

Cool... Happy Cow does have a policy of only adding places that have at least 3 vegan options, since we can find ovolacto options almost anywhere... I think this place qualifies for HC, just wish the vegetarian options were all vegan as well or we come just remove the egg, for example, and make it vegan. Next time I go there, I'll try to understand this better, or call headquarters to sort this out, since they do have the vegan label on the allergen menu.
