Pleasant surprises abound - Edit
It took us a while to visit, thinking the majority of Patera’s offerings were coffee & tea related and didn’t center around food. We were pleasantly surprised to see the range of their menu today and look forward to returning to try more of their menu items. They make their own vegan egg that’s on the breakfast sandwich, and the savory scone with garlic butter was amazing. The pumpkin coffee cake was delicious without being over sweet. We love a vegan spot outside of downtown Spokane, closer to the valley! Very comfortable vibes in a cool building. Very instagram-able if that’s your thing.

Good stuff, lovely environment - Edit
This place offers a nice, cozy environment to enjoy a light breakfast or lunch. I had their brunch waffle casserole which was pretty good and spicy! Just how I like it. The food isn't super decadent but rather simple and to-the-point. I also had their calm and confident tea which was very nice. The food won't knock your socks off, but it's a nice atmosphere to hang out and take a break in.

I cannot shout enough about how much I loved eating here. They rotate their food out which is such a cool concept and really go all out in making food experience refreshing and delightfully delicious. I got the Jalapeño Corn waffles which was a special- so nostalgic tasting and yummy. My friend got the Better Deli and we both loved it as well. Eat here! You cant help but love it as well

Patera is a small, cozy, coffee shop feeling space with rotating menu items and a core of fixed menu. There is covered outdoor seating as well. Had a great sandwich and beverage, will be back!
