The veggie pho can be made with vegan broth and it is sooooo good!! Highly recommend it and it’s only $10 too!!

After seeing the previous reviews I almost didn’t go but I’m glad I did! I didn’t find it salty at all. For people who LOVE spicy food, you can make your pho really spicy. One of the best vegan phos I’ve had in my life!

I would be more impressed with this place if it offered tofu or mock meat. I don't think a vegetarian broth is enough to constitute being veg friendly.

This fast-food-pho restaurant serves food at the counter in plastic bowls. You can choose vegetarian pho with veggie broth. They don't provide mock meats or even tofu and still charge full price which is comparable with restaurants where vegan mock meats are served. I found that the veggie broth was a bit too salty, but overall tasted good.

I had the vegetable pho with vegetarian broth. Be sure to specify for vegetarian broth. You can select how spicy you would like it. I picked 3/10 and it was good spicy for me!
