The best vegan pho I have had anywhere.

Pros: Delicious , Fresh, Healthy options

Go-to for Pho - Edit

I prefer this place to any other in the central Phoenix area. They have an abundance of vegetables, which is why they get my vote for the vegan pho. Most places do not have as many vegetables like Bok Choi or broccoli. They give you the works. Good price point as well. Fast and friendly

Pros: Veggies galore in tofu pho , Moderate price

Cons: Hate looking at pictures of meat on menu

Be Careful What You Order - Edit

This is a nice restaurant with friendly staff and very good food. I had the spring rolls which had veggies and tofu. They were very nice. They have a page on the menu labeled vegetarian. I ordered a bowl of pho from that page. It was very good. The problem is as I was finishing up the bowl I found two very small pieces of pork. The vegetarian pho seems to have a pork broth base. There were some other stir fry and noodles on the menu. Perhaps they are vegan. It is a shame because it is a good restaurant.

Pros: Good food, Nice staff, Inexpensive

Cons: Meat based broth in pho
