New Pho Favorite - Edit
So far the best vegan pho I've had period. The broth (you have to specify veggie) is bursting with flavor where other places have had mild or no-flavored broth. I loved the massive quantity of veggies that come with the pho. This place also offers a huge variety of menu options besides pho.

Not the best but definitely not the worst pho I’ve ever tried, I cleared the bowl and found it hearty on the veggie side but a bit light on the tofu end. They have two very similar pho’s on the menu the vegetarian noodle soup which uses veggie broth & they have a tofu and veggie pho that uses beef broth so just be careful. My search for the best pho in San Antonio continues.

The chef was so kind. The service was great. We had the vegan pho and pan fried noodles as well as the vegan spring rolls. When ordering, specify you want the veggie broth.

My favorite Pho restaurant. Charlie and Kathie (owners) make us feel like family when ever we come. Their vegetable Pho is the best I’ve ever tasted.
