Nice vegan pies - Edit
We tried two different vegan pies with the vegan meal deal. Enjoyed both options and the food was very filling. Not spectacular but a good place for a plant based lunch in classical English style.

Vegan pie was bland, and expensive - Edit
Got the mooless moo with mash and gravy. I'd wanted to come here a while, it looks so good and is very vegan friendly. But I was very dissapointed. The pie, the mash and the gravy were all so bland! The pastry was doughy as well. And it wasn't cheap either. I won't go back

Good range of vegan pies - Edit
We called into Pieminster for a quick bite to eat and were impressed with their range of vegan pies. I tried the Mooless Moo - a jackfruit steak & ale pie - which was very good. They also offer two other vegan options - a 'chicken' & leek and mushroom pies - and a few others which are vegetarian. All in all a good range. And good value at less than £10 for pie & mash! Just don't forget to ask for vegan mash!

Great vegan options - Edit
I always like visiting pieminister, they have a great range of vegan pies, vegan mash, vegan cheese and even a vegan icecream sundae! It is a chain so not the most homely of food, more slightly posh style pie and mash but the options are really tasty. Great for visiting with non-vegans too!!

Nice, cosy and fine vegan options - Edit
Staff were friendly the 2 times ive visited. Vegan options are sparse but good, and the 2 different pies ive tried have both been lovely! Think the outdoor seating is better than indoors but i would come back here

Our last supper - Edit
This was my last meal out before the lockdown and I have very fond memories of it, I was reluctant to come to a pie restaurant but I could not have been more wrong! Amazing pie options for vegans lots of sides too !

I am a big pie boy - Edit
The vegan pie selection is frankly paltry for my liking. They also added an automatic gratuity on the bill which I thought was awful cheeky. Apart from that, the pie I did have was functionally fine and the staff were nice enough, and the place is easy to find, though it is among a fair few vegan-friendlier places. This is weird to say but the place has a sort of oppressive atmosphere because there's no daylight coming in and the music's a touch loud; it reminds me of underage drinking. Looking at the other reviews I'm wondering if they went to the same place I went. Mileage may vary I suppose.

Top pie - Edit
Went here as my first choice was shut and I really fancied comfort food - I didn't expect too much. Brilliant surprise to discover how fab Pieminister is for vegans. Great pie choice, cauli gosh fries are unbelievable. Vegan cider - awesome!

Very vegan friendly - Edit
For a pie chain, Pieminister is impressively vegan friendly. The menu is very clearly labelled and a separate vegan and vegetarian menu exists (in photos). They even have a vegan and gluten free ice cream sundae! The vegan ‘Kevin’ pie (red wine, mushrooms, shallots) was delicious, as was the vegan mashed potato and mint mushy peas. The gravy is vegan too. Staff were very informed on vegan options. Just great to see a chain offering so many vegan options.
