Cozy vegan place - Edit
The place is cozy and the service is really good, the waiter is so kind and polite, serves you at your table. There's a variety of sweets like muffins, croissant sandwiches and other meals for brunch and also lunch as well as breakfast. The music is also nice and gives a comfy atmosphere

Wonderful plant based cafe and gem - Edit
This place is fab and gutted it took me so long to try it. The green cake was awesome and healthy with spinach, avocado, and pistachio. The breakfast wrap was a treat too with an original basil chilli pesto. Nice latte as well that came with a laugh. The owner does everything here it looks like and couldn’t be nicer. There’s outdoor seating and compostable to go boxes. I will be back to try the croissants and more. I’m amazed I resisted getting more but I was on my bike and not easy to takeaway.
Read moreVisited again with my partner and loved it again. Great roasted aubergine open sandwich. Yummy beetroot latte and brownie which we got to take away.
New incredible menu. The eggs Benedict was out of this world with Kala namak making it taste so eggy. We both loved it and plan to go back next weekend. Just wish they were open on Sundays too so we could go more often.

The food and service was amazing; the mousse and chocolate brownie was to DIE for! All the flavours were great and it’s really decently priced.

Food sooooooo good - Edit
First time Pinch customers. Feels like you're in an office reception area because you basically are. But don't let that put you off. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. For two people, we shared the breakfast burrito and a couple of the half open sandwiches. So flavoursome and fresh tasting. Was so impressed. Yum!

Fantastic vegan lunch spot (pram friendly) - Edit
I found this cafe on HappyCow and was excited to try it out.
Read moreTheir lunch menu is broad but not too extensive, lots of options. I got the vegetable medley with a decaf iced latte (one of the best decafs I've had I thought it was caffeine)delicious!
I couldn't not get a dessert, so went with the brownie with the mousse and it was unreal and a big portion.
If I ever find myself in Tooting again this will be my first stop! Thank you 😊
Pros: Lots of options, Vegan desserts, Incredible coffee
Cons: None!

Absolutely loved it! - Edit
10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My sister and I popped in for breakfast this morning and tried the Avocado Sourdough Toast and the Pinch Signature Bean Burrito. Both were delicious and beautifully presented! We asked if we could get a few to-go items for our flights the next morning and the gentleman that helped us went way above and beyond, packaging our airplane meals with such extra care and even added some little surprise snacks! We were so happy and grateful. It was so nice to find a great vegan cafe with such excellent service. Thank you!!!

Great selection of healthy vegan food in a cosy environment. - Edit
This is THE vegan cafe in Tooting. Great choice of food. Definitely a place to bring carnist friends and family to show vegan food is amazing. You can grab a coffee or smoothie while you wait for the food or take it to go. The staff are friendly vegans, always up for a conversation. The head chef Kuba is fascinating and is super nice. Forget about Pret and Starbucks, come here! There is a pre-booked Sunday roast I hope to have someday, I’ll update this review when I try it. It’s cosy inside with tables, sofas and an outside area. There are board games and books as well.

Lovely little coffee shop that serves a great sunday roast! - Edit
We are regular (ish) Pinch customers but had their vegan sunday roast today for the first time - wow what a treat! The owner & staff are always so welcoming and the soundtrack is really varied - with some great tunes (without being at all intrusive). Lovely place to either grab a quick coffee and cake or hang out for a little while. It's a little oasis of calm, slightly off the main road and better for it. We can't recommend enough!

Excellent vegan spot in London! - Edit
The food here is wonderful! I had the all day breakfast wrap (£7), which was absolutely bursting with flavour without being too salty, which is sometimes what happens when they want to add extra taste. Not exactly sure how they did it, but I loved it! Really decent sized wrap too, I was worried I couldn't finish it as it was filly, but it was too tasty not to have it all!
Read moreI also had the Detox juice (£3.50), which had beetroot, carrots, apple and lemon in it. This was great and well balanced, none of the individual flavours were overpowering. This was served in a glass bottle, which is a nice touch as I know they try to use as little plastic as possible.
Lastly... their carrot cake is FREAKIN' AMAZING!!! I can't get enough of it! It's easily the best carrot cake I've had, vegan or otherwise. They use a lemon buttercream icing which really complements the cake well, along with the walnuts in it. Slice of cake was £4.50 which I thought was a bit much, but made sense when I tasted the cake itself. Definitely try this, along with the breakfast wrap.
All the food on the menu looked very appealing, so I think I'll have to go back to try. I thought the price was good value for the food I got, sometimes I think cafes can feel like you're paying too much money for what you're getting, but this seemed accurate. I'm local to the area so it was easy enough to find. I know it's a bit out of the way for some, but please pop this place on your list to try - it's worth the travel! And I met the owner, he was really lovely and friendly.
