Ok. So I wanted a place open on a Sunday night where my non vegan husband and I could eat together. Read the reviews that they had vegan slices. Walked a good distance and upon arrival, no vegan slices. The guy working was very nice and said he could make me a whole Pizza, but it was our last night there so i couldn’t eat it all. He said there were other things he could make and i settled on the vegan eggplant parm sandwich. OMG glad I did it was REALLY GOOD. Ate half there, wrapped up the rest for later, and had a nice conversation about veganism with the employee who was trying to understand why people are vegan and why we get so excited about good vegan food 😂 - i complimented him on the sandwich and enjoyed how nice he was and concerned i eat something since they were out of slices. I highly recommend the eggplant Parmesan sandwich as it was even good cold the next day!

There's vegan pizzas, sandwiches, and pastas. All with a variety of vegan toppings. The staff are friendly and kind. Ordering on-site is cheaper than online. Not much seating but plenty for our mid-afternoon visit. It has a bunch of random AI art on the wall, but honestly the food came quick and tasted just fine so none of it was bad to me. It is conveniently located on the corner of 2nd Ave and E 34th St so it works for me!

After finding no vegan food at CBGB Fest this place was a dream for late night, delicious food. Ordered the chick’n Stromboli, which was made to order, and a plain slice of vegan pizza, which was in the display case, and split with a friend.

Best NYC pizza I’ve had since I went vegan in 2008! Had it delivered once and then tried to find it. Don’t let the signs fool you - go in and ask for the vegan pizza!

Best NYC pizza we’ve ever had! - Edit
Got two pies to go-one w/cheese and mushrooms, and one gluten free! We all agreed it was incredible, from crust to cheese to toppings. Great, friendly staff-highly recommend!

it's encouraging that 'regular' pizza shops introduce vegan options, but this pizza is just not good - a 'don't want to finish a slice after the first bite' kind of not good. i tried a beyond meat pie before they started offering vegan slices, and tried both vegan slices now. was not good then, is not good now.

If (as a vegan) you miss going to the corner pizza shop and grabbing a slice this is the spot! i couldn't believe the pizza was vegan it even looked totally legit. taste was spot on (just plain "cheese" slice) and they're open til 2am!

I was very excited to try this place after seeing how many vegan options were offered on their menu- definitely a draw especially late night. I was sadly disappointed by the quality of the food received. There was more sauce on the pizza than cheese or toppings, and the sandwich we got was not seasoned well (or very much at all). Certainly an option when in a pinch, however not a place I will plan to return to.

This is a typical neighborhood pizza parlor: you pick up a slice at the counter (or order a pie for pickup or delivery), then grab a table. However, here you can get a vegan slice or one of a variety of types of vegan pies. I got a vegan cheese with veggies slice; it was not bad at all! 😀🍕🥗
