Bibimbap Delight - Edit
The bibimbap is delicious! It has perfectly seasoned bbq soy curls, and it's served with an assortment of little ramekins of Korean pickles and a tiny bit of corn salad that pairs perfectly with the dish. The whole thing is just delightful.

To start off with the positives, this is a really cute place and the staff were very friendly and had good vibes. Of course, the fact that it’s fully vegan is a huge plus!
Read moreI ordered the black bean arepas. I picked this item because it looked great in the pictures. When I got my food, I was initially very excited because it smelled really good. Unfortunately, the arepa was far too oily for my liking. The filling was fine, but overall the dish was rather heavy. If you are sensitive to oily food, I would suggest ordering a different item.
I would like to come back in the future and try another menu item, I may have just ordered the wrong thing for my preferences.

This is a food cart that seems to have a permanent location. It's super cute and parking is easy. They've got a variety of cuisines represented on their relatively small menu and everything I've tried has been tasty. I love that they go with plants rather than faux meats/impossible/beyond whatever; they've got chorizo-spiced cauliflower, tempeh, soy curls, and falafel patties. I've especially enjoyed the arepas and the cold vermicelli noodles. I would love to try everything on the menu.

My partner and I split the Famous Fried Rice and the Yakisoba Noodles. Both were delicious, but I liked the Famous Fried Rice more; the cashews added a pleasing crunchiness. I appreciated the use of non-traditional ingredients.

We were looking forward to trying Planted and glad we did! We two split three dishes. They were all delicious. The Mac was more than just plain Mac, with bbq soy curls and was great comfort type food. I did not know what an arepas was but now I do and I like it! We will return and try the other dishes.
