one of our favorites - Edit
ordered from here a couple times since they opened and tried a few different things on the menu and always have a pleasant experience! It's nut allergy friendly which you don't always get with vegan cheese. Sometimes wish they were open more than a few days a week😅

Some menu items are truly delicious - Edit
We tried several things from here and I will say that the best things were the Breakfast Mac&Cheeze Burrito (I know!!) and the Fried Mac&Cheeze Bites (do you sense a trend here?). These were insanely good.
Read moreI would not have the Cheeze Pizza again (this was the most disappointing item), and I think in terms of Mac&Cheeze, I would choose a plainer version.
Overall, however, giving this place 5 stars because: 1) the menu is entirely vegan, 2) they have a really fun menu and 3) some key items are really awesome.
Pros: Fully vegan, Great if you like plant-based cheese-who doesn’t!
Cons: A little on the expensive side

Super nice owner; awesome food - Edit
Went to PMA Foods today for lunch. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The owner was SUPER helpful, nice, and catering to my food allergies and accommodated our order accordingly. We got the tater tots that seemed to melt in our mouths, frozen homemade cheeses that I can't wait to try, mozzarella sticks (not pictured bc we didn't eat them yet) and he even went out of his way to make us our own custom sandwich that was good for our food allergies. Also really helpful when I got lost in the building trying to find the restaurant lol. If you're in the Syracuse area, definitely check out this vegan restaurant.

Unbelievable! - Edit
My husband and I had high expectations based on the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We tried 2 different Hot Pockets (pita bread wraps with cheesy fillings) and 2 different Specialty Macs. The Breakfast (mmm bacon) Hot Pocket and the Greek (salty olives) were very different but equally good. We tried the Veggie Lovers Mac N Cheez and The Flannel Shirt. The Veggie Lovers tasted like pizza in the best way. The Flannel Shirt had spicy jalapeños and bbq sauce and it was definitely spicy!

Because we are in Coronavirus lockdown, we picked up our order at the door so I can’t comment on service.

THE best vegan cheese - Edit
PMA is my jam! I am a hardcore blue cheese fan and this one hits the spot everytime! The notz is also amazing. I've only had the Mac n cheez once (so far) and I shared with the kids so I couldn't go crazy, but we got regular with broccoli. O-M-G best I've had and the only kind my picky, cheese-loving, vegan-transitioning daughter will eat! Only con is the office building hours but cheese is available other places as well! Definitely check them out!!

Love their cheese!! - Edit
I'm pumped that PMA has a physical location!! I love being able to just grab and go when I want one of their items (their feta is a favorite).

Best mac n cheez and more! - Edit
SO glad PMA Foods finally has a cafe! Their build your own mac n cheez is out of this world. And it just so happens to be gluten free (as long as you don't put seitan as a mix in) - I learned this after enjoying their mac and cheez many times and having no idea.
Read moreThey also do smoothies and salads, and bring in fantastic baked goods from Drury Lane (cupcakes, cookies, etc)
You can also pick up cheese from the case and other grab and go stuff. Hours are limited, but there's Grub hub if you're at the office somewhere downtown for lunch. You will not regret checking this place out
Pros: amazing food, 100% vegan, great people
Cons: in an office building - have to know its there, limited hours
