Love the vibe and the (very) spicy curry

I have been there both with friends and alone, trying to go at least once when in Kyoto. Lovely owner open to a lot of chatting. The curry is spicy, so I usually order extra rice. Call in advance to make sure that it's open. Usually it's not crowded at all. Great location in Pontochō area!

A great vibe

There was only one veggie curry option but it was tasty and the restaurant is a vibe. They specialize in smooth Japanese style curry.

Great curry!

Great vegan curry. Literally five options on the menu which made it an easy to choose. Intimate setting where u sat at the counter. Lovely owner!
