Place to quickly grab a toast within the Granville Island Public Market. All fruit preserves are plant-based, plus has plant-based butter and sourdough bread. Can also make avocado toast. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-6:00pm.

Nice selection of preserves

We walked in cause the display window had a Plant Based Foodie book. However, the place isn't all vegan, just has a ton of veggie options.

Good place to grab breakfast. The toast flight comes with 3 preserves, all of which they said are vegan. We got fig walnut, cucumber mint and lemon chile and all 3 tasted great.

The toast itself was a strip of sourdough, toasted in a ton of plant-based butter, making it easy to dip in and enjoy
