We love Purezza (so much we even went to the Camden branch on our wedding day!) and this trip was as great as ever!
Read moreThis branch is much smaller than the Camden one but it has a nice cosy decor and ambience. Our server was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
They have a 3 small plates for £18 lunch offer but we had a 50% off pizza voucher so we went for that instead. We got the voucher through their mailing list - I’d definitely recommend signing up as they don’t overdo the emails and they sometimes have great deals like 50% off!
We went for the Four Cheese Pizza and Black Truffle Pizza and they were both delicious as ever! The sourdough base is delicious (they also have alternatives including gluten free) and the toppings and flavours are just excellent as well. Both pizzas were absolutely delicious and I’d highly recommend. They were both great but if I had to pick I would say the flavour of the Black Truffle edged it. Both ones we chose also featured Honestly Tasty cheeses which if you haven’t tried on their own are available in Marks and Spencer and are also really delicious!
I also like that they have gender neutral toilets and sustainable toilet paper. Purezza is just awesome and I would highly recommend a visit!

I feel like after seeing all the good reviews maybe we just ordered the wrong items. The pepperoni was sold out. We tried the all seasons pizza, it was ok, the lasagne was terrible it was so waterey and runny , a real let down.

The best vegan pizza in the world. - Edit
Had to make a space in our itinerary to visit the first ever Purezza in UK - the Brighton branch. Enjoyed the courgetti as a starter and LOVED our pizza - 'the one with the nduja'. The sourdough base is incredible and was grateful to try a white base on a pizza as usually I get 'the one with the pesto' or 'the paramgiana party' which are also both amazing. Overall highly recommend Purezza - a real MUST GO, but go with an empty stomach and prepare to be WOWed!!!

Purezza is our favourite pizza place in the world and we've only been to the Camden one so we were delighted to visit the first, original one in Brighton! The best pizza in the world (vegan or otherwise). Had the Nduja one on the white base - which was the first time we had tried the white base pizza at Purezza and it was brilliant. The Nduja was so tasty! Also had the Pesto courgetti which was great too. The member of staff there was lovely too and she is moving to Camden so will be seeing her in the Camden Purezza!

Really good pizzas, some of the best we’ve ever had. They make their own “cheese” which was very tasty. Had the All Seasons pizza and the Black Truffle pizza, both excellent. Not much else to say! Service was great too, really friendly and welcoming.

Lovely to have multiple pizza options, I had a porketta & roast potato option which was delicious. My family enjoyed theirs too. Too full to try anything else but I would definitely recommend. Staff were friendly.

We came here in October 2021 for the first time, based on many recommendations. We were not disappointed. I had the lasagna with a side of the roasted herb potatoes and melted cheese. My husband had one of the lovely pizzas with a side of courgettey spaghetti. We had a large glass of red wine too. The food was fantastic, very tasty and at a very good price. The staff were very friendly and attentive - we’ll definitely be back.

Purezza pizzas are delicious and amazing value. We got a margherita (£7) and two marinaras (£5 each) to take away and they were both amazing. Would highly recommend, and they’re dog friendly 🐾

Excellent pizza restaurant that is 100% plant based. You can chose from three different pizza bases one of which is gluten free. Large range of different combinations. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven which you can see. I was surprised by how big the pizzas were - they do have boxes to take home leftovers. We were given a jug of water for the table which is also a nice touch. I went with three omnis who loved the pizzas and said they could actual serve them without some of the fake or substitute meat options. As there was five of us we booked in advance online for our table. They also have outside seating.

Busy place but friendly staff, and the food is really nice. I particularly like having 3 options for the pizza dough, and it is good overall. The pizzas look great and are tasty. What I like the most is the 100% vegan, a première for me at a pizzeria.
