They sent me a vegan calzone with cheese

I've asked a vegan calzone as described on the menu, they sent me one with cheese. I said the order was messed and they insisted it was tofu and that it was vegan. It was not. I showed them it was cheese but they didn't know what to say.
I think they disregard the vegan part of their menu and the staff does not know what it is vegan or not whatsoever. I didn't eat.

Muitas opções veganas de pratos, salgados e doces, todos mto saborosos!

Surpresa por tantas opções veganas no cardápio! Mas se atente aos acompanhamentos, pq colocaram manteiga nos meus legumes!

Pros: Cardápio variado , Comida gostosa, Doces com NOT MILK

Opções para vegetarianos e veganos, amplo horário de funcionamento.

Pros: Boas opções veganas , Preço moderado, alinhado com as cafeterias locais., Aberto de manhã até à noite.

Cons: Faltam mais opções veganas de doces, ex, bolos., Poderia ter mais opções de salgados simples., Falta opção de capuccino vegano.
