Habe hier im Schokoladen Café reserviert (dringend empfohlen, da die Leute dort Schlange stehen)! Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Trinkschokoladen mit unterschiedlichem Kakaogehalt, die Zartbittersorten sind vegan und können mit Hafermilch bestellt werden und die veganen Schokotörtchen sind wirklich ein Traum! 🤎🤍

Cool place - few vegan options - Edit
Rausch Schokoladenhaus has a deli on the ground floor thats next to the sales area and a café on the top floor. Neither the café, nor the store or deli are particularly vegan friendly. The deli has vegan sorbet and 3 different little tarts. I got the chocolate cherry tart and it was good but I've had much better. The store just had like 4 types of vegan chocolates, fruit covered in dark chocolate and such things. If you like dark chocolate, I would recommend this place, but don't expect many vegan options.

I visited the chocolate shop (not the café). Only dark pralines, but they're very nice. I counted 7 vegan options, they are clearly labeled.

I got the hot chocolate with oat milk & orange flavouring. It was great. And the passion fruit torte. Which was delicious. Lovely passion fruit flavour. There was a choice of this & one other vegan dessert when I visited.

This place is definitely a 5 star, maybe even more but because it’s not 100% vegan, Happy Cow only allows me to give them 4. We ordered the hot chocolate with Oat Milk (no whipped cream). I selected the addition of orange flavor and my wife selected the addition of mint flavor. We also ordered the chocolate and cherry mini torte and the chocolate salted caramel mini torte. Everything we ordered was amazing. The chocolate salted caramel mini torte would probably make my last meal list, it is that good! If you are diabetic do not come here, go across the street to the healthy restaurant 😂. It also has a nice view and would make for a very romantic date when it snows here.
