Bitronomique Rice restaurant 100% vegan - Edit
Located at 221 rue Saint Martin in Paris 3, this restaurant, 100% vegetable and homemade, allows you to taste Asian dishes from rice of all colors.

The welcome was perfect, we were reminded of the concept of the restaurant and the various colorful dishes.
The starters are original and we enjoy the meal early.
In terms of dishes, some are spicy but I decided to take the black panther with black rice, and tofu, and I was not disappointed, a very good hearty dish that pleased me. Next time, I'll probably try the sweet potato waffle.
The gourmet dessert coffee provides a glimpse into the dessert menu and it was perfect to taste everything.
In short, a good place to enjoy a good lunch, and even until 16h on Saturday.
Or in the evening until 23h, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Rice Rice also has a bar at the Rice Bar in the rue des Gravilliers to take a rice dish with you!

We shared Spinach Dahl (red lentils, spinach, sesame, special house spice mix, garlic and onions over ying & yang rice) and Complicated Noodles (rice glass noodles, red bell peppers, oyster mushrooms, ginger, vegetable broth and bok choy). Quite tasty and one of the nicer vegan meals we've had in Paris. Pleasant staff even when we rolled on just before closing time!!

This place was quite wonderful. It was my favorite place to eat in Paris. There isn’t much I can say that I didn’t like, except the prices (but that’s everywhere in Paris), so it was a great place regardless.

I came for lunch and had the red curry rice. It was hearty and tasty but I can't say it was outstanding. Nothing stood out, just a bowl of creamy curry on rice, couldn't taste or see any particular veggies in it. Try something else.

Let's start by saying that I appreciate that they have recently become fully vegan.
Read moreHowever, I'd put 3.5 starts if I could:
4 stars for the Sushi Donut.
3 stars for the Complicated Noodles, as it was a very basic vegetable soup with rice noodles, not so complicated at all to make at home (at least that's how it tasted).
3.5 stars for the desserts, not wow, but good enough.
3 stars for the size of the portions, as I didn't find the main plates to be nourishing enough. I'd suggest getting an appetizer too.
4 stars for the place itself and the service.
I'll probably wait for a change in the menu, and I'll try again. I hope they'll get better!
