UPDATE: I ordered a custom cake for a friend’s birthday from Ruthie Roux bakery and I would 11/10 recommend!! 🤩🌟 The cake was INCREDIBLE (see pics!) We ordered a chocolate bourbon cake with cherry filling - it was super moist, just the right amount of boozy, and reminiscent of a grown-up Black Forest cake. No one could even guess it was vegan. The piping on the cake was adorable too! Caeleigh was very responsive to messages, offered us so many flavor options, the cake was reasonably priced and pickup was easy. Highly recommend her for all your custom cake needs. 🙌🏼

The pocket tarts were DELICIOUS!! I ordered a box of 4 pocket tarts and chose mango-passionfruit, strawberry rose, caramel apple and ginger plum for my flavors. SO GOOD!! I shared them with my coworkers and they were all gone so fast.
Ruthie Roux Bakery can currently be found at the 2nd St Market on weekends. The owner and baker, Caeleigh, operates out of her home and is very responsive to messages. Check her Instagram (@ruthierouxbakery) or Facebook for updates on pop-up dates and locations.
Can’t wait to try more offerings.. and place an order for a custom cake!! Love supporting local small businesses 🥰
