Must Try Croissant de Crème - Edit
Every baker can make croissants but very few master vegan croissants! This by far makes the BEST croissant de crème that I could find in the world and Argentina is my 35th county that I’ve been to! The texture, taste, freshness, quality, aesthetics - top notch in all aspects. The chef was professionally trained in Paris, France. The dine-in is currently closed, only for take out. I would fly to Buenos Aires again just for those incredible treats. Must try, highly recommended.

I was very excited to buy a cake there for my birthday, I was asking on WhatsApp prices of different kinds of cakes, communication was slow, so I decided to come by because I live very close, but even though I told the owner was the one writing on WhatsApp, she saw that we were foreigners as we were speaking English and raised the prices of the cakes, we bought another pastry plus the cake which we rectified the price she told us before, she stayed ok yes… but I'm sure she also charged more for the other things that sold to us, this is a very bad practice and happens a lot in Argentina just didn't expect it from a vegan place, I am not coming back just for that reason.

Sablee has a nice variety of pastries and empanadas, everything I tasted (and it was a lot of things) were very very tasty. I went to Belgrano neighborhood specialy to visit this place, and it was no doubt worth the trip. Also, the owners are loveable!

The worst part of being vegan in Buenos Aires is breakfast, to find a pastry without animal fat or if you got lucky you can find one with butter, so thank God that we found Sableé Vegana. This place is a parisian patisserie but everything is VEGAN! When we entered we were greeting from the lovely owner and each one of us took a small cake that was touched by an angel and if that's not enough the owner gave us free Alfajores that tasted just like the original thing (if you love Havan's alfajores it's the same taste). The only thing that i wanted and the place don't have is a cup of coffee to go with the delicious pastrys and as we asked we were told that coffee is the next thing they will add, so next time we are in Argentina we'll go find out

Bought the alfajores de dulce de leche as I had grown up with them here as a child and loved them. Almost exactly like the dairy version! Also purchased a mousse like dessert which had an interesting flavour, seemed to be some type of cream, very decadent and well done although I preffered the alfajores. Everything looked beautiful, I look forward to returning and trying more. The owner was so kind and welcoming, wish you all the best! Such a gem to have in BA which is basically the capital of meat and dairy consumption.
