Innovative Offerings; Clean Interior - Edit
Extensive vegan appetizer, wok, and sushi menu with uncommon flavors that go beyond the basic rolls offered at most sushi places. They have tempura mushroom, popcorn tofu, vegan cream cheese, vegan shrimp and tuna, etc. Interior is clean, modern, and did not smell fishy, but more like a clean gingery scent when we picked up lunch on a Monday holiday afternoon.

Perfect for mixed groups - Edit
the hostess asked people if they wanted a vegan or GF menu instead of a regular menu. The reason he didn't do it with me is because I was wearing a vegan sweatshirt and t-shirt underneath. Now as for the food it was wonderful I got vegan Rangoons which is strange enough for a non-vegan Asian restaurant to have and they were delightful. They had vegan cream cheese filling with trumpet mushrooms. Generous portion as I was pretty full before my Grinch roll arrived. The grinch roll is very appropriately named as it looked like the grinch but was very tasty. It had plant-based tuna, cucumber, avocado, asparagus wrapped in green soy paper. It was incredible I prefer seaweed wrappings for sushi but that one was still really good.

Extensive vegan menu - Edit
They asked right away at the hostess area if we would like a vegan or gluten-free menu. We were overwhelmed with all of the choices that were on the vegan menu! Our favorites were the Mango Me Mad and the Firecracker. So much flavor!

Standalone vegan menu deserves a 5 rating - Edit
The food was delicious, lightly sauced, not even a hint of too much salt or greasiness. The tofu had a soft, chewy consistency with being nicely sealed at the surface. The veggies were fresh, lightly sautéed, not mushy. Portions were generous. Service was excellent: diligent and hardworking.

Huge separate vegan menu - Edit
I went here with an omni friend who was fairly new to sushi whereas I'm a sushi veteran from my long ago omni days. We both loved it. The only bad thing was having to chose from the massive number of choices on their regular menu and the separate vegan menu. I had the rangoon appetizer, miso soup, seaweed salad, three spicy maki rolls - firecracker, vegan cabo, and vegas. I also had one of their specialty cocktails which was a twist on a classic and fantastic.

We finally got to try zalmon and zuna. This was some of the best sushi we’ve had and for a great price. We came back the next day because it was just irresistible. Closest taste to sushi we’ve ever had.

despite it's name eel sauce is vegan, it's a mix of soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar. I work at a Japanese restaurant

Excellent Vegan Sushi - Edit
Would give 5 stars if I could! The vegan sushi was amazing. The vegan salmon was very realistic. There's a whole vegan menu with tons of different options for appetizers, entrees, and sushi. We tried 4 different rolls.

Still craving the Korean Cauli!! - Edit
We came here for my birthday and I am still craving the Korean Fried Cauliflower🤤 It's so we'll balanced and crispy and saucy and just so so good! The vegan sushi is INSANE!! The vegan fish look SO real, we had to double check with our server that it wasn't real fish! It's an hour from us and we'll be making the trip again because it's very worth it!

Excellent spot for a sushi lover! More than just avocado rolls - Edit
My non vegan boyfriend and I wanted to try this place out, and to my surprise they had a whole vegan menu! I ordered the miso soup, which was sub par (I think they gave me the sour soup…not sure though, just didn’t taste like miso), mushroom dumplings (fried)—really delicious!! The sauce was okay but I’m biased because I don’t love wasabi but it wasn’t spicy, firecracker roll & caterpillar roll. I haven’t tried their vegan tomato tuna yet but will try it next time! The rolls were good—just a little bland but I am grateful for the extensive vegan options. Great place with regular options for non vegan friends and family. My bf loved his general

Pros: Full vegan menu with a few GF options :), Wide alcohol variety (not sure if vegan?), Classic rolls and vegan special rolls!
Cons: Slightly slow service on a Friday evening , Slightly bland vegan options
