*please note the mandatory star rating with the review is for lack of vegan options, not quality of food. Despite the description of vegan options, even when calling ahead, this restaurant is not vegan friendly. Their vegan options are gispacho and a rice with vegetables dish drizzled with olive oil. No spice, no frills, just those ingredients. We were looking forward to dining here based on the descriptions, but vegans or vegetarians who do not consume eggs should avoid. Despite their lack of vegan options, everybody in the restaurant was extremely kind and friendly. Would recommend to anybody not vegan or ovotarian.
This restaurant combines elegance, sophistication, and delicious cuisine, in a traditional salt warehouse. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for the evening. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring that you feel welcome and comfortable. Although it has a vegetarian menu, you must ask for the vegan option. I had spicy rice noodles with fresh vegetables, seaweed, and seeds. The dish was beautifully presented, with vibrant colours and textures that were as pleasing to the eye as they were to the taste buds.
