Tex Mex at its best

So happy to try the latest items on the vegan menu, having been a loyal customer for years. While this branch doesn't have the hustle and bustle of the Huay Kaew branch, the service is very good. Always great for a midweek dinner.

New items - vegan chicken burrito and vegan carnitas tacos! Both are huge, spicy and delicious!

So-so

It was ok but not worth the distance from old town Chiang Mai. Too spicy 🌶 for my taste, and not much flavor in the cauliflower tacos. We ordered enchiladas too, but they brought a burrito instead.

Pros: Good cheese sauce

Cons: Too far away

Mexican flavors in Thailand

I was surprised to find out they have a vegan menu here and it is really really good. I love the separate menu so I don't have to ask any questions or look at all the other dead and gross options!
My friend and I shared the cauliflower tacos and the nachos with a side of guacamole. The vegan cheese on both was really yummy. I really enjoyed all the different salsas too. And the jicama, pineapple and sweet potato that came with the tacos was super tasty! I was really happy with this meal especially because all the flavors are so different to Thai food and I have been eating Thai food for months on end! Dream come true to find vegan Tex-Mex and delicious enough that I am already thinking about going back again soon! It's not absolutely perfect and I would have enjoyed corn tortillas more than flour..but who cares...I'm in Thailand. No complaints!!! Yum!!!

Nice Vegan Tex Mex menu

If your craving either veggie or Vegan Tex Mex this has a nice extensive menu of both. It's really hard to find good Tex Mex let alone vegan Tex Mex and this place is really good for it!

The chips are home made and you can request they are fried in new oil. There are even gluten free options. The vegan nachos were lovely and they had a wide range of spicy salsas and decent vegan cheese. The vegan Chorizo soft tacos are a really nice treat, and good likeness as a fake meat.

Great Vegan Options with Vegan Cheese

Very pleased to see that as well as at the Huay Keaw branch, this one has the same menu including vegan cheese options. The chimichanga, the soft cauliflower tacos and also the vegan cheese nachos are all fantastic. Look out for occasional vegan specials as well!
Slightly more relaxing than the Huay Keaw branch which gets very hectic.

Pros: Vegan cheese!, Nice atmosphere, Cocktails available

Cons: Serves meat, Bit out of town
