Santiago’s Cuban Cuisine

Santiago’s Cuban Cuisine is a place we always knew was there but hadn’t truly explored and we’re so glad we finally did. The atmosphere is cozy and uplifting, and the service is fantastic. They easily made the Cienfuegos Salad vegan, and the vegan Cubano was outstanding. It’s also the only place in town we’ve found serving truly delicious yuca fries, along with several other vegan-friendly sides and options. Highly recommended.
