WOW

I’ve had quite a few vegan Banh Mis.
I hope my favorite local Vietnamese place never finds this review, but Saveur de Banh Mi served me the best Banh Mi I ever had. Period.
Super fresh. Big. Rich flavor profile with meaty pea-based meat and a mayo to deliver it. Big portion.

Cons: Now I need to move to Berlin just for Banh Mi

So juicy, so flavorful! You can add a homemade spicy sauce for free, and you should. Yum.
