Great sushi happy hour - Edit
Went during happy hour when all sushi rolls are $3 off and cocktails are $10! Great deal. We ordered all the vegan sushi rolls and were very satisfied with them. The vibe is also great! Wish they could have live music again!

Meatless Monday’s! - Edit
I LOVE Shady! They have a great menu with vegan options from Ramen, to Wings, to Pizza, to Fish tacos, and a Katsu Sandwhich! I’ve had everything but the Pizza and have never had a bad meal! They make their protein in house and use that for the wings, tacos, and sandwhich (my three favorites)! Also Meatless Monday’s have a discount!

Satisfies the ramen and sushi cravings - Edit
I had the Vegan Noodle and avocado rolls (which they will make on special request even though they say they don’t do special requests) and enjoyed both. On another trip, I had the vegan katsu, which is a sub sandwich with deep fried vegan “chicken” and salad materials covered in what tastes like a thousand island-like dressing. It was a large portion and good. They have lots of clearly labeled vegan options. The staff were friendly.
