High quality - Edit
I went last night at just before 9pm. Fortunately they are open until 9:30pm, something not found in a lot of places in that part of the the San Pedro/Palos Verdes Peninsula area, and they did not rush me, even though I was the last customer there when it reached 9:30pm
Read moreI got the Pad See Ew with the mock chicken. Even though I normally have that dish with tofu and I know it goes together very well, I was very curious about their mock chicken.
It was fantastic. The mock chicken pieces were large, a generous portion and very tasty, and blended in perfectly, taking on the taste of the gravy of the Pad See Ew.
It was an extra $3 for the mock chicken (which is available to add to various dishes), whereas the tofu option is at the regular price of $17.25. But if you are going for a fine dining option like at this very nice decor restaurant, you are not going to save money, you are going for the taste and the experience. So I found it well worth it and as a vegan myself for almost 40 years, would highly recommend it.
Pros: Vegan chicken option very high quality

Many vegan options - Edit
I had the fried rice noodle. It’s too sweet for me but I love the mock chicken. Great texture. I was almost fooled by the look of the vegan chicken. The vegan sushi is also great. Mango and sticky rice dessert is amazing!

Yummy😄 - Edit
When you ask if it’s vegan, double check and ask again if there’s no egg. ☹️ the food is so good! But just make 1000% sure they understand it should be free of all animal products. 👍🏼

Stumbled upon this place thanks to HappyCow ;). Was in the area and hungry and definitely not disappointed. We had the Drunken Noodles with the most delicious fried tofu and Green Curry with soft tofu! Absolutely delicious and would come back!

THE BEST THAI - Edit
This place is sooooo AWESOME. The decor is very thai village, and the adorable servers wear traditional thai skirts as the pat around from table to table. They can veganize almost anything, though i tend to lean towards tofu and veggies over the mock meats....it's all good. Highly recommend the vegan fresh heaven rolls (sans shrimp), vegetarian tom yum, and drunken noodles with thai eggplant. BUT everything is good, really, so so yummy. Major points for the rainbow rubber ducks in the bathroom. Also- sore throat + ginger tea for the win :) LOVE SIRINAT THAI!!!!!
