Read moreNot only can they make the vegetarian tacos into vegan, including a vegan burger, they now have an Asian night that has a mushroom option that is vegan. I guess it’s every Tuesday. Unfortunately, we won’t be here.
What we can say is that their vegan cheese is made in house. We loved everything, especially their cheesy fries!! Just the right amount of heat. We tried the potato and the mushroom tacos too. Yum!! good choice. 
The new chef is also going to bring back their brunch, that will have vegan options. Not sure when that’s going to happen. Fingers crossed that it’s happening the next time we’re in town. 
Pros: Homemade in-house cheese is amazing!, Noel was extremely knowledgeable., New chef!
Cons: Long bar, so you don’t get fast service.

Last time I went very limited menu, no tacos, had a beyond burger and some tots. Still yummy but not what is listed here. Recommend checking online before a visit.

Read moreIt was good, but not super duper. The atmosphere was great and staff was friendly and really on top of things. I don't actually have any complaints other than it's not a vegan bar/restaurant of course.
For not being a vegan restaurant, they do have a decent amount of vegan options.

We lunched on potato burrito and cauliflower burrito- then swapped half way to get a taste of both. The hot sauce was flavorful and spicy. I am a wimp on spicy stuff, do it may be mild to others. Every bite felt substantial and good blend of flavors. It would be nice to have more vegan options. But the two - potato and cauliflower burritos or tacos were enough for our lunch needs. Also had potato tots that were too salty. Would recommend and go back again to eat ate this b are r and pinball joint.

Holy crispy amaze-ballz cauliflower. Had the cauliflower burrito and it was DELISH! Hard to get cauliflower crispy with no "soggy-ness" you know what I mean? It was perfect sauce and perfect texture. Carnivore hubby wished he got mine instead of his meat tacos.

This place is delicious, I tried all 3 vegan taco options and they did not disappoint and at $3/taco, what’s not to love! They also have fries, tots, an impossible burger that can be made vegan, and a couple other items that can be made vegan. Loved the vibes of this place and it seemed to be more of a local hangout!

Vegan brunch is a bit hard to come by locally, but this is a good option. Sister Bar is first and foremost, a bar. But they have multiple vegan options that actually include protein. We got three different things, and all were good. The avocado toast was elaborate and delicious. The Huevos Rancheros was great, and the Full Spanglish was delish. Several menu items have upcharges for vegan option, which is frustrating, but they do a thorough job of veganizing--not just sprinkling daiya on it, but with a cashew-based crema, vegan meat crumbles, etc. They have vegan optionS, which is a rarity.

I love knowing there's a place I can get some bomb vegan tacos to soak up the alcohol I probably just drank on a weekend night downtown. 🤣 the cashew cream is so good! And the brunch is equally delicious! They can veganize most of their menu items too so it's a great place!

The brunch here is great! A good amount of vegan options. When it's not brunch, there's still a good amount of vegan options, even late. The vegan tacos and the green chili stew are both fantastic. I also like the vegan frito pie.
