Good Noodles - Edit
So there are 2 vegan options. Non of which are the broth option. So it’s noodles and a bunch of veggies, with a huge serving of chili peppers on top. The noodles were really good and it was very flavorful. But if you’re someone that does not handle spicy well like me, ask it have half the chili to be removed, because it gets SPICY. Overall a good meal, but I wish I asked they use less chili on top for me

A new-ish forever favorite! - Edit
This place opened up a few months ago and I can’t count how many times I’ve already been. The noodles here are incredible, my favorite thing to order is the signature noodles with chili oil. The cucumbers are delicious here too. Although there’s not many vegan options, the few that they have make it a great option in Orlando. It’s also a great place to eat out with non-vegans. The only weird thing is the portion sizes haven’t been consistent.

The flavors were amazing, and for the chili oil and chewy, thick noodles alone, I will definitely be back. My one complaint about my meal was the inconsistencies in temperatures. The veggies were cold while the noodles were room temp/warm, and it made eating the elements together a bit strange. They were super busy, so that may have something to do with it, but regardless, I’ll be back! The chili oil was not too spicy, it had a great depth of flavor. The noodles were phenomenal, 5/5, and I loved watching the chef make them while I ate. The soup broth is not vegan, so do not order the veggie noodle soup.
