One of the last vegan places still standing - Edit
This was the fifth place we walked to today for lunch. All the others were gone! Victims of the pandemic I suppose. It was crowded this time and had a lot of fresh food including a wonderful lasagna! Salads are fresh if not creative and the price is reasonable.

Amazing food, I love the rice and noodles, of course the fruit and the salads. The service is fast, the prices are great. I don't really mind it's not completely vegan.

sofia has a great salad bar, but apart from that (like most vegetarian places in mendoza) only few vegan options. however, it was still one of the better ones (lots of the other vegetarian places dont offer any vegan food!).

inexpensive vegetarian takeout - Edit
Good variety of cooked vegetarian choices, I particularly like their empanadas, lasagna and cannelloni - they also have a rich set of salad options. There's some seating available if you needed to eat there (they also sell disposable cutlery). Inexpensive.
