First of all, Soul Kitchen is a place to taste quality food and to enjoy the experience.

We opted for the a la carte menu. An 8-course menu is also available.
Quality and wealthy food. New and unexpected tastes.
The meitre will take care of you, presenting each course. You can ask the sommelier to select the best wine for your dinner.
It worths the experience.

I got to taste the four dishes menu, and this was really worth it. Watermelon carpaccio was perfect, redefine meat products were amazingly cooked. This will have a Michelin Star for sure.

Beautiful food and dining experience - Edit
There were a few dining options to choose from. We ordered the Piedmont one of 4 courses (which included a few extra treats) and a bottle of regional wine as we wanted a local cuisine experience and it did not disappoint!
Read moreThe sommelier steered us in the right direction with her descriptions and recommendations and the wine went well with the food. One of the courses used Redefine meat which is making a name in the fine dining world. The watermelon tartare was out of this world -- I've never eaten anything like it. The shaved truffle was the only thing a little unusual about the experience as not only was it uncharacteristically bland, but was served on top of multiple courses. Nonetheless, the food was enjoyable and we had a great night.

Qualche sera fa siamo stati in questo locale che desideravo provare da tempo. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità dal personale di sala che ci ha guidato lungo tutta la cena spiegandoci in dettaglio i piatti serviti.
Read morePer questa prima occasione abbiamo preferito scegliere alla carta. Siamo partiti con 2 antipasti, il cappuccino di asparagi e il capunet all'orientale. Quest'ultimo mi è piaciuto di più in quanto più inusuale.
Abbiamo continuato con 2 primi: il risotto eclipse e lo spaghettone con cacio (ovviamente veg), carota e crusco. Buono il risotto, ma lo spaghettone lo era ancora di più. Più appagante, godurioso e dal sapore pieno.
Abbiamo concluso con 2 dolci: il gran Torino e le 50 sfumature di fragola. Gran Torino goloso, forse un po' pesante per i miei gusti, ho apprezzato enormemente invece il dessert alle fragole con la sua freschezza e le sue tante sfaccettature.
In totale, con un calice di vino e una bottiglia di acqua abbiamo speso meno di 120 euro in 2.
Torneremo per provare i menù

Fantastic tasting menu, 8 courses plus aperativi and petit fours to finish. Paired with some great Piemontese wines. Excellence does come at a price but it was worth it.

Dining at soul kitchen is an experience. Each dish is a work of art with the server describing each dish as it is presented. Not only does the food look incredible, but the taste is even better! We are from New York and have dined in many vegan restaurants, but none as good as this one!

This is my first time in Italy as a vegan. I was a bit scared and sceptic, but then I went to Soul Kitchen.

Everything was amazing, from amuse buche to petit four! What blew my mind were the plin agnolotti! I grew up in Torino and the plin served with the juice of the meat roast was always my favorite! Their plant-based version left me craving them for days afterwards 😆
I also really loved their kimchi alle piemontese! So beautiful, so fresh yet so complex

Read moreIl locale è ampio con luci soffuse che creano un'atmosfera intima e rilassata. I tavoli sono ben distanziati tra loro e garantiscono la privacy necessaria per addentrarsi in un percorso culinario di alto livello.
I piatti sono molto ben presentati, dai sapori equilibrati e soprattutto molto buoni da magiare. Si nota subito la qualità delle materie prima utilizzate e la grande ricerca dietro ogni piatto. Noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione a 4 portate che ci ha lasciato estremamente soddisfatti e, giusto per sfatare qualche luogo comune sui ristoranti "di questo tipo", anche decisamente sazi.
Il servizio è stato preciso e il personale molto gentile e attento nello spiegarci ogni cosa. Tra una portata e l'altra veniva fatto passare il tempo necessario per prepararsi mentalmente ed emotivamente al piatto successivo. E' un ristorante in cui venire con calma, senza fretta, dato che siamo rimasti quasi tre ore per finire l'esperienza.
Per quanto riguarda i prezzi risultano abbastanza elevati, di sicuro non è un ristorante economico, ma a mio modesto parere li valgono tutti e sicuramente sono coerenti con la qualità dell'esperienza offerta.
Mi permetto, infine, di fornire un paio di suggerimenti e una critica. Considerando che i piatti sono molto elaborati sarebbe molto utile (per noi clienti) che oltre alla spiegazione vocale del piatto fatta al momento di servirlo venisse abbinato un pezzo di carta scritto che presenta il piatto. Purtroppo, infatti, appena il cameriere finisce di spiegarti il piatto ti sei già dimenticato la maggior parte delle cose dette e finisci per mangiare qualcosa senza apprezzarlo e comprenderlo veramente fino in fondo. Questo è un "problema" che abbiamo notato in vari ristoranti di "alto livello".
Adesso faccio due piccole critiche. Obbligare l'intero tavolo a ordinare lo stesso menù degustazione non è molto carino perché può causare disagio e discussione tra i commensali. Capisco le sicure esigenze logistiche che vi hanno portato a fare questa scelta, ma davvero non esistono altre soluzioni?
Noi abbiamo cenato a Novembre 2023 e abbiamo notato che i termosifoni erano spenti. Si stava bene nel complesso, però considerando che durante una cena (che dura minimo tre ore) si sta praticamente sempre fermi, alla fine si inizia a sentire un po' di freddo. Insomma si stava bene, ma un paio di gradi in più all'interno del locale avrebbero fatto piacere.

We went with the Menu Degustazione - Tradizione e Innovazione and a glass of red wine. In addition to what it is said to be included they also brought an amuse bouche at the beginning and petit four at the end. My belly was super full in the end! We enjoyed the food, there were some surprising elements, like the fake meat medallions that looked just like real meat 😱, and was really nice to have regional ingredients in each dish. The service was good, but I would like the meal to take a bit less time as I was already sleepy and tired at the end (also due to the kms we had walked that day).

Food was amazing, lovely flavours, but didn't like the atmosphere, you felt like you can't talk. One member of staff was really cold and not friendly at all. The other guy was nice luckily.

We opted for the 'experience 8' menu ... 8 very original, creative and delicious dishes.
The matching wines were also very tasty …
The service went smoothly and the people were very friendly!
It is a bit more expensive than other restaurants, but it was worth every euro!
A wonderful conclusion to our holiday in Italy and definitely worth repeating !!!

I decided to get “The Experience “ after confirming with the staff that each of the eight dishes was small. The first app had about 7 little dishes…oh boy! I won’t describe everything I ate, but there were some definite highlights- the little piece of aged cheese, the truffle cream, and the watermelon marinated in brine were fantastic!

The one thing I didn’t care for was the meaty dish, which I think was the entrée: some sort of soy-based meat from Israel; it was perfectly seasoned, but the consistency was chewy and it was the kind of meat that shreds and sticks between your teeth. Not my thing!
Anyway, be truly hungry for all that food or order off the menu. The sommelier was awesome and she paired two wines for me.

We got the 8 course experience and were pleasantly surprised. The dishes were all very interesting and most of them nothing like I had tasted before. They were however, too fast with bringing out the dishes even when we asked them to wait for just 10 minutes so we could take a break.

We had the eight course menu. It was definitely one of the best meals I've ever had. The courses are very creative and often have a meaning (example: one represented the earth) which the waiter told us. They tried to use typical italian food (example: a special kind of olive) and it tasted excellent. With every two courses we also had a new drink which fitted perfectly. The price was very appropriate.
